PETE'S TRIED-N-TRUE SLOW COOKER BARBECUE BUFFALO
  • 3 to 4 pounds buffalo chuck roast
  • 1 can beer (12 oz.)
  • 1 bottle ketchup (14 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix the sugar and beer and ketchup; put chuck roast in slow cooker or Crock Pot. Cook on high 6-8 hours or until you can easily cut and shred the buffalo by running a knife through it. Serve shredded barbecue buffalo on fresh rolls. Good with green salad and corn on the cob.
