BUFFALO STEAK NACHOS
Grill marinated rib eye to desired temperature and dice. Place a large pile of nacho chips onto a foil lined baking sheet pan. Top chips with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced green chiles, sliced black olives, and diced buffalo ribeye and bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
